摘要
目的:探讨导致胎膜早破的各种发生因素及有效干预措施,降低其发病率。方法:回顾性分析2007年5月～2009年5月濮阳市妇幼保健院收治的108例胎膜早破患者的资料。结果:查明发生导致胎膜早破原因中阴道炎居首位,且80%的原因是可以预防的。结论:根据胎膜早破的发生因素采取适当的干预措施,可有效的降低其发病率。
Objective：To explore operative intervention of prematuer rupture of membrane,and reduce the incidence rate of it. Methods：108 cases of premature repture of membrane from May 2007 to May 2009 in Puyang Women and Children＇s Health Centre were analyzed retrospectively. Results：Vaginitis was in the first plale of the situations that leaded to premature of membranes,and 80% of the situations were preventable. Conclusion：According to the causes of premature ruptrer of membrane,to adopt effective intervention measures can reduce the incidence rate obviously.
