摘要
文章针对高等中医药教育中素质教育的缺失,尝试构建基于审美教育理念的中医创新人才能力与素质模型,运用AHP进行科学的定量分析,探究培养以人文精神为内核的创新人才的教育新体系,有利于培养和甄别符合知识经济时代需要的中医药创新人才。
The passage is trying to construct the model of competence and quality of innovative talents of TCM based on the aesthetic education and the present situation of the loss to the aesthetic education in the higher schools of TCM.The article is exploring the educational system to train the creative talents with certain aesthetics by using AHP to carry out the scientific quantitative analysis,which will be beneficial to train and identify the innovative talents of TCM suitable for the demands of the age of knowledge economy.
