表面活性剂以其特有的降低表面能特性,分散、悬浮及润湿、渗透作用在电子工业中的应用越来越广。文章简述了表面活性剂的定义、结构和分类,重点介绍了表面活性剂在印制电路板清洗、PTH、和电镀等工序中的一些应用。
With its special characteristic of reducing surface energy, and its dispersion, suspension and wetting, permeation, surfactant is more and more often applied in electronic industry. This essay briefly illustrates the definition, structure and classification of surfactant, and mainly focuses on the application of it in processes such as PCB cleaning, PTH and plating.
