摘要
保定市南水北调受水区由于长期过量开采地下水,形成了大面积的地下水超采区,部分地区出现含水层疏干,地面沉降等环境地质问题,这已成为当前水资源管理的迫切任务。为有效解决地下水超采问题,通过南水北调中线工程规划及水资源的合理配置,实施地表水与地下水联合调蓄运用,进一步开发非常规水资源,从而制定出受水区地下水压采方案,以此来减少地下水的开采,缓解和修复受水区因超采地下水引起的生态环境问题,保障该地区地下水资源的可持续利用。
In the intake area of the South-to North Water Transfer Project in Baoding, because of the long-term over-exploitation to groundwater, it appears a large groundwater over-exploited area, some aquifer dewatering regions,ground subsidence and other environmental and geological problems, which becomes an urgent task in water resources management. In order to effectively solve the problem, the reasonable allocation of water resources and the South-to North Water Transfer Project planning are adopted by using the joint regulation and storage between surface water and ground water,developing unconventional water resources,determining exploitation control plan in the intake area. These measures can ensure the groundwater development control, recover the ecological problems because of the groundwater over-exploitation, and guarantee the sustainable development to groundwater.
