摘要
南水北调工程实行新的建设管理体制和机制，实现工程建设行业管理向项目管理、经验管理向科学管理转变，把南水北调江苏段工程建成优质、高效、廉洁工程，是江苏段工程建设者的重要任务。从管理理念、管理措施、创新创优、队伍建设等方面分析、总结了南水北调江苏段工程坚持科学管理的主要做法和经验，对进一步提高江苏段工程建设管理水平作了初步探讨。
With the implementation of new construction management system, the South-to-North Water Transfer Project has altered construction industry management into project management,-experience oriented management into scientific management. It is Jiangsu Section builderrs goal to build the South-to-North project to be a high quality, efficient and clean project. In terms of management concept, policies and team development, it concludes the main scientific methods and experiences of Jiangsu Section Project and initially discusses the further project management improvement.
