摘要
某食品化工厂不锈钢混合机整机炸毁。通过现场调查、混合机材质及制造工艺检查、物料检测及爆炸能量计算等一系列分析，结果表明，爆炸原因是混合机内物料能量的瞬间释放而引起的。
Abstract A stainless steel mixer in a food chemical plant was completely destroyed due to explosion. After investigation on site, examination into the structural materials and the manufacturing process, test on the processing materials and calculation of the explosion energy, the results show that the explosion is caused by the transient energy release of the raw materials inside the mixer.
