摘要
采用真空浸渗法制备了MgLiAl/SiC复合材料,系统研究了不同基体合金成分的MgLiAl/SiC复合材料组织、性能及界面结构。研究结果表明,MgLiAl/SiC复合材料界面结合良好,没有界面反应物。复合强化可明显提高MgLiAl合金的抗拉强度和弹性模量。
Abstract MgLiAl/SiC composites have been produced by infiltration in vacuum. Study on microstructure and properties of MgLiAl/SiC composites has been carried out. The results showed a good combination between the matrix and SiC whisker. The tensile strength and modulus increased apparently by reinforcement of SiC whiskers, compared with that of the MgLiAl matrix.
