摘要
折扣不应该是中文图书招标的核心因素,却成为各方关注的焦点。文章阐述对折扣相关问题的看法,包括折扣降低趋势的合理性、低折扣中标的比较分析,以及如何对书商进行规范化的评价。
Discount should not the core factor in the purchase of Chinese books,however,it has become a focus which has aroused general concern.The article presents some personal points of views about the discounts,makes some comparative analysis of the rationality of lowering discount,and of the probability of winning the tender by the merchants.The standardization of the assessments for the book merchants has also been discussed in the article.
