摘要 数字化变电站在我国已逐渐进入推广应用阶段,急需对数字电能计量装置整体准确度及其长期运行特性进行研究。本项目在同一个计量点同时建立了数字计量系统和传统计量系统,形成长期在线运行比对系统。通过现场检测和理论计算得到综合偏差后,与实际电量偏差进行数值比较,以此论证数字电能计量装置。 Digital substation steps into application stage,however,research of total system accuracy of metering devices(including electronic instrument transformers and digital electric meter) and its long term operating characteristics is rare.This article introduces a technology of building on site and long term comparison between digital metering system and conventional metering system in order to find out the major factors influencing digital metering system′s accuracy.
