摘要
采用可能－满意度方法，对铁路向社会提供的“五定”班列的开行效果进行系统的综合评价，并给出最终的评价结果及改进方向．
This essay gives a systematic and synthetic evaluation to the new railway
freight product “five sets” regular train by using the method of P-S (possible satisfaction
method),and also provides the ultimate evaluation results and the orientation of improvement.
