摘要
分析了高职教师科研素质的内涵及其基本构成，在阐述提升高职教师科研素质的现实意义基础上，探讨高职教师科研素质的培养途径，并以江苏城市职业学院常州学院为例，总结了科研素质提升的研究与实践取得的成果。
This paper analyses the connotation of senior vocational school teachers＇ research quality and its basic component. It amplifies the realistic significance of upgrading senior vocational school teachers＇ research quality and presents some approaches to cultivate their research quality. Finally it summarizes the achievement of the research and experiment on upgrading teachers＇ research quality at Changzhou College of Jiangsu City Vocation- al College.
