摘要
目的探讨可吸收胶原生物膜在齿槽裂植骨修复中的临床疗效。方法选取22例无其他系统性疾病的单侧齿槽裂病例,随机分为单纯应用髂骨骨松质组(A组,17例)和可吸收胶原生物膜加髂骨骨松质组(B组,5例)。术后随访6个月。结果据Enemark分级标准,应用可吸收胶原生物膜组植骨成活率达100%,临床成功率达75%以上,均高于单纯应用髂骨骨松质移植组(88.2%及64.7%)。结论可吸收胶原生物膜在齿槽裂植骨修复中可起到增强骨移植临床效果的作用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of absorbable collagen bio-membrane in the bone graft repair of alveolar cleft.Methods 22 patients of alveolar cleft without any other systemic disease were divided into A group（n=17） using cancellous tissue of iliac bone and B group（n=5） using cancellous tissue of iliac bone combined with absorbable collagen bio-membrane.Patients were followed up for 6 months postoperatively.Results According to Enemark＇s method,the overall survival rate and the clinical successful rate of the bone graft in B group were 100% and 75%,which were higher than in A group（88.2% and 64.7%）.Conclusion The clinical effects of the bone graft would be improved by absorbable collagen membrane.
