摘要
目的:评价健康教育对少数民族大学生生殖健康知识态度行为的影响效果。方法:采取整群随机抽样法,对中南民族大学561名本科一年级少数民族新生进行生殖健康相关行为的教育干预,持续8个月。通过教育干预前、后2次问卷调查评价教育干预效果。结果:通过教育干预,学生的生殖健康知识、态度和行为有明显的提高和转变,教育干预前、后生理知识回答正确率由干预前的51.38%提高到83.42%,性病/艾滋病知识回答正确率由干预前的65.23%提高到90.23%;对婚前性行为、同性恋等问题持正向/积极态度的人数均比干预前有显著的增加(P<0.05);大学生对卫生和生殖健康相关行为回答正确率从55.13%提高到65.13%。结论:对少数民族大学生进行生殖健康教育切实可行,且效果显著。
Objective:To evaluate the effect on the minority college students' knowledge,attitude and behavior on procreative health knowledge by health education.Methods: The random sampling of whole group principle was adopted.An 8-month education was taken to the behavior on procreative health of 561 freshmen of South Central University for Nationalities.The result of the education by questionnaire in which undergraduates have been intervened twice was evaluated.Results: After the education,the students' knowledge,attitude and behavior on reproduction health had significantly improved.The average correct answer rate on knowledge was increased from 54.77% to 77.76%.The number of undergraduates holding positive/active attitude towards pre-marital sexual behavior,homosexual and other questions was all increased significantly than that of pre-educated(P〈0.05).The average correct answer rate on correlative behavior was from 54.15% to 66.28%.Conclusion: Procreative health education is feasible and effective to the minority college students.
