摘要
辊式矫平机的生产效率和矫平精度较高,是在工业领域中应用最广泛的矫平设备。但辊式矫平机工作时容易产生负转矩现象,它使设备产生振动、噪声和载荷不均。本文根据辊式矫平机工作时板材变形情况,分析了负转矩产生的原因,以及负转矩对传动系统和矫平质量的不良影响,提出了减少和消除负转矩不良后果的改进措施。
According to the deformation of sheet in leveling process by the leveler, the reason for the negative torque has been analyzed in the text, as well as the influence of the negative torque to the transmission system and the leveling quality. The corrective measures to reduce and eliminate the adverse influence of negative torque have been put forward.
