摘要
首先对履带车辆在静止工况下油气弹簧内部压力进行了计算,然后对车辆过垂直墙时的准静态极限工况下单侧负重轮受力及油气弹簧内压力进行了分析估算.估算结果表明:该车辆行动系统初步设计结果满足车辆静止时的油气弹簧受力要求,但难以满足车辆过垂直墙时油气弹簧的受力要求,最后针对这个问题提出了相应建议.
The pressure of hydro-pneumatic spring is calculated while the tracked vehicle is in static. Then the bearing force of bogies and the pressure of hydro-pneumatic spring in one side are estimated under the limit conditions during the tracked vehicle striding over the vertical wall. The results show that the primal designing on tracked vehicle running system can satisfy the force of the hydro-pneumatic spring when the vehicle is in static but it doesn't meet the condition while the tracked vehicle is striding over the vertical wall. Lastly the measures are proposed in order to solve this problem.
