摘要
对果实采后病害诱导抗性的诱导子及其可能的诱抗机制进行了综述,阐述了利用生物激发子和非生物激发子等诱导果实抗病的方法进行果实采后病害生物防治的可能性以及当前利用激发子的种类、特征、诱导抗性的机理,提出了果实采后病害诱导抗性研究存在的问题,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
This article reviews the elicitors and mechanism of induced resistance to post-harvest disease in fruits.The biotic and abiotic elicitors,including microbial agents,chemical compounds,physical treatment and nature substance,have been used in fruits.The mechanism of resistance has been studied on cell structure,physiological and biochemical changes of fruits.In addition,the effect of timing of post-harvest elicitor treatment and environment on the degree of elicitation and the potential for inducing local acquired resistance,systemic acquired resistance and/or induced systemic resistance to reduce post-harvest disease in fruits is also discussed.
