摘要
20世纪80～90年代内蒙古呼伦贝尔盟曾为我国冰球运动事业的发展做出过积极的贡献，但由于经济的原因冰球队被迫解散，使专业冰球运动在该地区处于消失的状态。运用文献资料法、调查问卷法和逻辑分析法，对呼伦贝尔市组建冰球队所需的必要条件进行了研究分析。结果表明，该地区开展冰球运动的历史悠久，群众基础较好，经济条件优越，冰球运动人力资源充足，社会认知程度较高，具备了组建专业队和少年业余后备队的相应条件。
Hulunbel city of inner mongolia made a positive contribution for Chinese ice hockey development in 1980s and 1990s, but the economic causation broke the ranks of ice hockey and the professional ice hockey disappeared there. With the methods of documentary information, questionnaire and logical analysis, the article analyzes the requirement of building a ice hockey team in Hulunbel city. The result shows that the Hulunbel has a long history of ice hockey development, good popular support and social cognizance, well economic condition and enough human resource of ice hockey, so the requirement has been met for building a professional team and junior amateur reserve team of ice hockey.
