摘要
经济全球化对外语人才的培养提出了新的要求和挑战。本文结合山东省经济国际化发展现状调查分析及对外语人才的需求情况，提出创新高校外语教育理念，开展本土化外语教育研究，实现外语人才培养的多层次性、复合性、应用性、可持续发展性以及国际性等目标，从而促进山东省经济建设和发展的需求。
Internationalized development of economy presents new demands on the cultivation of foreign language talents. An analysis of the economic internationalization of Shandong Province and its need for foreign language talents shows an urgent requirement for an innovation of educational concept in cultivating such talents. To keep pace with the social and economic development of Shandong Province, the cultivation of foreign language talents should meet the multilevel need of the society, and foreign language talents with comprehensive abilities, sustainable development views and international perspectives are highly recommended.
