摘要
反倾销调查程序中的当事人，包括申诉人、被申诉人以及利害关系人。以上当事人在反倾销调查程序中，既享有相应的权利，同时也承担一定的义务。本文结合我国实际，参考西方国家反倾销法的有关规定，对我国的《反倾销和反补贴条例》中有关当事人及其权利义务的规定，提出了自己的理解和解释。
The privies in the anti dumping investigation procedure,including applicant,defendant and other parties concerned,have their own rights as well as duties.Combined with the actural condition in our country and refered to the similar regulations of Anti Dumping codes of some western countries,this paper presents the author’s own understanding and explanation on the rights and duties of the pivies concerned in our “Anti Dumping and Anti Subsidy Rules”.
