摘要 在87Rb冷原子介质中,利用电磁感应透明(EIT)动力学过程,实现了光学信号的存储与释放。实验研究了Larmor进动导致的释放信号崩塌和复原现象,结果表明,当提供量子化轴的磁场超过100 mG时,实验测量得到的拉莫尔周期与理论计算结果较好的相符,这为下一步开展量子存储研究提供了实验基础。 Optical storage and release is achieved by using electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT) dynamics in cooled 87 Rb atoms medium. The collapses and revivals of the released signal caused by Larmor precession is studied in the experiment. The results show the measured Larmor periods are in agreement with theoretical predictions when the provided magnetic field along quantization axis is over 100 mG, which provide the experimental foundation for quantum storage research in the future.
