摘要
目前,我国纸介出版产业存在着集中度低、产品同质化和生产线性化等缺陷,这些缺陷与发展繁荣的数字出版业形成了鲜明的对照。因此,必须对纸介产业链进行有机整合,采取横向一体化和纵向一体化以及聚焦发展战略,实现资源整合和差异化营销。通过抓好纸介产业链整合的核心环节,构建出版数据库和电子商务出版网站,实现纸介出版产业进一步升级。
Currently,the weaknesses,such as the low centralization,products homogenization,and production linearization,are quite prevalent in the paper publication industry in China,which are clearly opposite to the booming digital publication industry.As a result,it is a must for us to integrate the paper publication industry chain,to carry out horizontal integration strategy,vertical integration strategy and focus strategy,achieving resource integration and differentiated marketing.Through successfully grasping the key steps of integration of paper publication industry chain,we can build publication data bank and e-business publication websites and obtain a further upgrade in paper publication industry.
