摘要
国家为鼓励企业自主创新,在政府采购中对自主创新产品企业给予政策性支持。但在实际中自主创新产品在政府采购中的比重偏低,其原因包括政府支持力度不够、政府监督不到位,以及企业自身动力不足等。对此,应通过税收扶植、采购倾斜、加强监管等方式促进自主创新产品更多地进入到政府采购中来。
Since the government encourages independent innovation for enterprise,it introduced a number of related policies in government procurement.At the same time,it should be concerned about these independent innovation products in the low proportion of government procurement.Through the investigation of independent innovation supplier,we put forward the corresponding solutions to constraints factor in the procurement of independent innovation products,and promote independent innovation products access to government procurement.
