摘要
面向信号自动测试系统开发模式是今后的发展方向,而面向信号的仪器驱动程序是实现测试软件仪器无关性的重要途径,分析了自动测试系统的架构,建立了信号驱动程序的信息模型,研究了驱动程序的结构,并结合实例对驱动程序的调用进行了说明。
In future,the ATS software development will focus on the development fashion of signal-oriented software,and the signal-oriented instrument driver program is the main path to implement the instrument independency of test software.In this paper,after analyzed the ATS framework,the information model of signal driver program is established,then the structure of driver is studied.At last according to an example,it is illustrated how to callback the driver program.
