摘要 在厚大破碎矿体回采中,传统的采矿方法为下盘斜坡道与分段平巷联合采准、上向水平分层尾砂充填采矿法,铲运机出矿,采场内留不规则的点柱支撑顶板,施工网状交叉炮孔,控制采场顶板。由于矿体厚大破碎,采用传统方法存在脉外采准工程量大、生产效率低、损失贫化大和顶板易冒落等不足。为克服传统的盘区机械化采矿的缺点,试验应用了下盘联络道上盘进路盘区机械化尾砂充填采矿法,该方法推广应用后,降低了采切比和采矿成本,提高了盘区出矿能力和生产效率。 The traditional mining method is next set of slope sub-lane road and joint adoption of standards,strati-fied to the level of mining tailings in thick stoken orebody mining,scraper out of mines,leave irregular pit column supporting the roof,construction cross hole mesh,control stope roof.Due to the orebody thick broken,the disadvan-tages of mining method is large outside quasi pulse projects,low productivity,mass loss of lean and roof caving so easily.In order to overcome disadvantage of traditional panel mechanized mining,test applied to footwall contact road and plate approach panel mechanized mining method,after popularization and application of the mining method,reducing the ratio of mining and mining cut cost,improving the panel out of mine capacity and production efficiency.
