摘要
目的：评价正脊手法在神经根型颈椎病保守治疗中的应用价值。方法：将神经根型颈椎病患者100例随机分成观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用单纯放松手法、颈椎牵引的治疗方法,观察组在对照组治疗方法的基础上加用颈椎正脊手法,1次/d,7次为1个疗程;治疗2~4个疗程后观察两组的临床疗效。结果：观察组50例中临床痊愈12例,显效23例,有效11例,无效4例,总有效率92%;对照组50例中临床痊愈7例,显效14例,有效23例,无效6例,总有效率88%。观察组与对照组总有效率（92%与88%）比较,差异无显著性（P〉0.05）;但两组愈显率（70%与42%）比较,差异却有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：在神经根型颈椎病保守治疗过程中,有必要在保证手法安全性的前提下考虑使用正脊手法。
Objective：Appraises the application value of keel technique in Cervical Radiculomyelopathy conservative treatment.Method：100 examples Cervical Radiculomyelopathy patients are Divided into the observation group and the control group stochastically,each group of 50 examples.The control group uses the method of treatment which the pure relaxation technique and cervical vertebra traction,the observation group in the control group method of treatment foundation adds with the cervical vertebra keel technique,1 time/d,7 time is a treatment course;After treating 2~4 treatment courses,observes two groups of clinical curative effects.Results：In the observation group 50 examples clinical convalesces 12 examples,shows results 23 examples,effective 11 examples,invalid 4 examples,total effectiveness 92%;In the control group 50 examples clinical convalesces 7 examples,shows results 14 examples,effective 23 examples,invalid 6 examples,total effectiveness 88%.The observation group and control group total effectivenes（s92% and 88%）compare,the difference does not have the significance（P〉0.05）;But two groups obviously lead（70% and 42%）compare,the difference actually has statistics significance（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：It is necessary the consideration to use the keel technique in Cervical Radiculomyelopathy conservative course of treatment,under the guarantee technique secure premise.
