摘要
稿源建设问题已成为学报时代发展的关键问题,以科学发展观为指导,做好学报稿源建设,对于学报可持续发展意义重大。针对目前高校学报稿件流失现象已严重威胁其可持续发展的现实,提出了坚持解放思想、科学发展的学报稿源建设之策,指出了应牢牢把握科学发展观的时代脉搏,加强学报稿源建设工作,以实现学报的可持续发展。
Manuscript-source construction has become the key issue of the journals in new era.Using scientific development outlook to guide manuscript-source construction is of significance to sustainable development of the journals of colleges and universities.According to the reality that the journals＇ manuscripts running off has seriously threatened the sustainable development of the journals of colleges and universities,this paper points out the manuscript-source policy such as emancipation of thoughts and scientific development and,puts forward that era pulse of scientific development outlook should be strictly grasped to enhance manuscript-source construction in order to realize sustainable development of the journals.
