摘要
针对PC轧机带钢热轧过程的工艺特点和存在问题,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立轧辊和带钢耦合的三维轧制过程的有限元模型,模拟计算不同工艺条件下的带钢变形。重点分析了PC轧机轧制过程中的轧制力和轴向力变化规律。
Based on the technology and occurring disadvantage of pair cross hot rolling wide strip,the 3D FEM models coupling rolls and strip have been developed with ANSYS/LS-DYNA software.The deformation of strip in different technology conditions have been calculated meanwhile.the distributions of rolling force and normal force is obtained and it could be helpful for the field produce.
