摘要
建国以来我国接受国际救灾援助政策经历了从拒绝到接受再到积极争取的演变过程,形成了较稳定的方针政策、基本原则和具体规定,为我国新时期的救灾工作提供了宝贵的经验。
Since the People＇s Republic of China was founded,our policy on international disaster relief aid has changed from the initial decline of foreign aid to actively asking for international aid,to the formulating of a series of stable polices,rules and regulations,which have provided precious experiences and lessons for our disaster relief work in the new era.
