摘要
转炉渣中的f-CaO(游离氧化钙)含量高会严重影响转炉渣的稳定性,从而影响其在建筑行业中的应用。攀钢基于碳热还原法开发了重熔还原技术,还采用了热闷技术以消解f-CaO,这两项技术均可使转炉渣中的f-CaO含量降低到3%以下,达到了建筑行业的标准要求。
High f- CaO (free calcium oxide) in converter slag may greatly effect the stability of converter slag, which can influence its application in the field of the building industry. In order to resolute f - CaO, the Company develops the reduction technology by remelting process based on the carbon reduction method. In addition the pyrolysis technology is also adopted to resolute f- CaO. By using the said technologies the content of high f- CaO in converter slag is below 3% which can meet the requirements specified in relative standards of the building industry.
