摘要
利用IGT印刷适性仪,改变样条的印刷条件,考察墨层厚度、印刷压力和印刷速度对预涂膜材料覆膜性能的影响。结果表明:随着印刷油墨墨层厚度的增加,覆膜印刷品的覆合强度随之下降,最后趋于稳定;随着印刷压力的增加,覆膜印刷品的覆合强度由大逐步减小,然后又逐步增大,最后趋向稳定;随着印刷速度的增加,试样的剥离强度基本上呈现下降趋势。
IGT printability tester was utilized to change the printing condition of bar,and the influence of ink density,printing pressure and printing speed on the coating performance of precoating material was investigated.The results show that with the increase in the ink density of printing ink,the combination strength of coated print is decreased with it and finally tends to be stable;with the increase in the printing pressure,the combination strength of coated print gradually becomes small and then gradually becomes big to finally tend to be stable;with the increase in the printing speed,the racking strength of test sample basically presents tendency of decrease.
