摘要
目的:通过对妊娠期高血压疾病临床综合分析,建立与病情程度相关的评估方法。方法:对妊娠期高血压疾病临床较密切的各指标进行回顾性分析并提出风险评估方法。结果:①妊娠期高血压疾病各类别组间血液检查值、眼底改变、胎心监测等指标存在显著差异。②风险评分不同患者分娩方式存在显著差异。③妊娠期高血压疾病患者的足月产新生儿与风险评分呈正相关。结论:建立风险分级评分方法并运用此法对妊娠期高血压疾病患者进行风险评估,可正确选择终止妊娠时机与方式。
Objective： By the clinical analysis of the hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,to establish a set of the evaluation methods for the disease.Methods：To analyze review the clinical index of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy e and put forward risk evaluation methods Results：① There were significant differences on the value of blood test,fundus changes and fetal heart rate monitoring of the patients with hypertension in pregnancy in all types of groups ②Delivery way existed significant differences for the patients with different risk score gestational hypertension disease.③ The incidence of term birth new-born in the patients with hypertension in pregnancy was positive correlation with the risk evaluationConclusion：By the establishment and use of a risk score classification method for the patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,we can accurately choose the timing and manner of pregnancy.
