摘要
目的:了解高级中学无症状乙肝病毒携带者心理健康状况,为做好此类患者的心理疏导提供科学依据。方法:采用SCL-90,SDS,SAS和LES心理测评工具对68名高级中学无症状乙肝病毒携带者(观察组)进行测评,并设立对照组,对两组结果进行比较。结果:除精神病性因子外,观察组SCL-90各因子均分高于对照组,尤其是焦虑、抑郁、人际关系等因子得分比较有显著性意义(p<0.01)。SDS、SAS测评结果显示,观察组焦虑性情绪障碍和抑郁性情绪障碍值高于对照组(p<0.05)。生活事件结果中的负性生活事件刺激量和总刺激量均高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:高级中学无症状乙肝病毒携带者在心理健康方面存在一系列的问题,教育工作者与医护人员应当做好此类患者的心理疏导工作。
Objective：To study the mental health condition of ASC students in senior middle school,and supply the science basis of psy-chological counseling for those patients.Methods：Using SCL-90,SDS,SAS and LES to measure 68 ASC students,and to set up control group,compare the result of two groups.Results：Except Psychotc factors,the average value of observation group is higher than control group,espe-cially the score of interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety and hostility,the difference was statistically significant（p0.01）.SDS,SAS shows that the value of Depressive mood disorder anxiety mood disorder of observation group are higher than control group（p0.05）.Negative life events and the total stimulus are higher than control group（p0.05）.Conclusion：The ASC students has series issues in mental health,the education workers and medical staffs should do the work of Psychological counseling for this kind of patient.
