摘要
研究了粒径为7nm的二烷基二硫代磷酸(DDP)修饰PbS纳米微粒以及未修饰PbS纳米微粒从室温到773K的摩擦学行为.结果表明:修饰PbS纳米微粒从室温到773K均具有良好的摩擦学性能,未修饰PbS纳米微粒在773K时具有和修饰纳米微粒相近的摩擦学性能,而低于此温度时。
The influence
of temperature on the tribological properties of DDP coated PbS nanoparticles and non coated
PbS nanoparticles was investigated with a ball on disc tribometer. The results show that
coated PbS nanoparticles exhibit good tribological behaviour at 298 ̄773 K, however, non
coated PbS nanoparticles only exhibit good tribological behaviour at 773 K. DDP coated PbS
nanoparticles could be one of the promising candidates for realization of continuous lubrication
from ambient to high temperatures. This is because the modifying agent can function to reduce
friction at low and/or medium temperature, while the inorganic nano core or its friction induced
products can act to reduce friction at higher temperatures.
