摘要
研究了汽车缸套激光硬化处理后的性能及组织特点。研究结果表明:采用激光硬化处理可明显提高缸套的硬度。其硬化组织主要为隐晶马氏体,片状石墨基本保持原形貌不变。
Some investigations on laser hardened properties and microscopic structures characteristic of automobile cylinder were conducted in this paper. The study indicates that using laser hardening can remarkably improve the hardness of cylinder. The laser hardening microscopic structures are mainly very fine martensite and the original pattern of flake graphite basically remain.
