摘要
指出了引进的某型燃机涡轮超速限制器存在的不足,通过涡轮超速限制器改进设计技术研究,论述了该部件研究过程中改进技术的实施。经试验验证表明,采用的技术扩展了该部件的功能、提高了性能指标和可靠性,更重要的是掌握了控制系统关键部件的控制机理和设计方法。
The article have pointed out the lack of the over-speed protector of turbine(OPT)which is the key component of the introduced gas turbine control system.By means of the research of the developed technology design,discusses the research process of the component of the implementation of developed technology.Experimental verification proved that the technology used has expanded its function,improved the performance and the credibility.The most important thing is that mastered the control mechanism and design method of the key component of control system.
