摘要
探讨了鱼罐头中油组分对孔雀石绿高效液相色谱检测结果的影响,对前处理过程中油的影响、不同超声波提取时间的影响以及净化过程中净化方法对检测结果的影响进行了研究.结果表明,油对孔雀石绿的检测影响较小,相对标准偏差为4.6%;不同超声波提取时间的相对标准偏差为2.2%,最优提取时间为10 min内,净化方法按单一使用PRS柱效果最佳.
Abstract： To discuss the effect of oil in fish can on detection results of malachite green by High Performance Liquid Chromatography（HPLC） , a HPLC method had been studied for the determination of malachite green in fish can. The impact of oil, ultrasonic extraction of different time in preliminary treatment and purification meth- ods in purification were researched. The results showed that the impact of oil in fish can was small for the detec- tion of malachite green ,the relative standard deviation is 4.6%. The relative standard deviation of different ul- trasonic extraction of time is 2.2%. The best extraction of time is within 10 rain.
