摘要 论述了铝熔炼过程中节油与节料的关系,指出现代铝熔炼存在着巨大的节能潜力,建议研究并推广低烧损熔炼技术。在烟气余热回收率相同的条件下,预热炉料的节能效果优于预热助燃空气,根据铝在不同状态时的物理、化学性能特点,采用分步强化熔炼技术辅之以罩式炉预热炉料。内热式保护气氛特深熔池熔铝炉,独特的加热,搅拌、熔体保护工艺,可取得最佳的节油、节料、提高熔体质量和生产率的综合效果。 The relationship between f uel economizing and material saving during thesmelting is discussed. It points out that the great energy conservation potentiality is frommodern smelting furnace. Researching and popularizing the less and non-oxidation smeltingtechnology are suggested. The effeCt of preheating the furnace charge is better than that ofpreheating the combustion-supporting air, the former is 2.86 times the later. According tothe physical and chemical performance characteristic of aluminium in different status, somenew technologies to smelt, such as step strengthen smelling, bell-type furnace to preheat thefurnace charge, internally heated protecting atmosphere are adopted. The distinctive heatingand mixing technology has the great effect of fuel economizing and material saving.
