摘要
本文报道了喜树碱前体多相脂质体(A-CPT-PL)小鼠体内的组织分布研究结果。静注给药后,A-CPT-PL主要分布于肺,给药后24h内组织中药物浓度时间曲线下面积AUC_0^(24)依肺、肝、肠、肾、脾、血、胃、心、骨、脑的顺序递减,这种分布特征是脂质体运载药物的结果;A-CPT-PL的组织分布是剂量依赖性的。口服给药后,大部分药物仍然保留在消化道系统。
The tissue distribution of poly-phase liposome of procamptothecin (A-CPT-PL)was studied in our experiment. It was found that most of the drug was distributed inlungs after iv A-CPT-PL. The area under the curve of the tissue concentration again-st time of administration (AUC_0^(24)) in 24hrs decreased progressively in the followingorder: lungs, liver, intestines, kidneys, spleen, plasma, stomach, heart, bones, br-ains. This characteristic drug distribution was the result of liposome as a drug carrier,and what is more the distribution was dosage dependenty. However most of the drugremained in GI system after to administration of A-CPT-PL.
