摘要
以ＭＩＳ系统中的地理信息系统（ＧＩＳ）应用为出发点，以一个开发成功的实用系统ＱＲＤＭＩＳ为背景，讨论了用目前最大众化的ＭＩＳ环境Ｆｏｘｐｒｏ来开发ＧＩＳ的必要性、优点、主要实现技术等重要问题，力求为ＧＩＳ的开发与应用打开一扇新的窗口。
：Starting with a background of the application of GIS(Geographic Information System) in MIS(Management informationSystem), and based on a system named QRDMIS which has been successfully developed and put in use, this paper discusses the need andexcellence of using the most popular MIS environment Foxpro to develop GIS with strong multimedia functions. and some important aspectssuch as its technique implementation etc., so this paper will pave a very new way for the development and application of GIS.
