摘要
目的：观察地黄饮子对脑血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法：以地黄饮子化裁治疗３４例脑血管性痴呆，通过自身对比，按长谷川痴呆量表和简易智力状态检查量表评判药物改善智力的疗效，依《中药新药治疗痴呆的临床研究指导原则》有关标准评判临床疗效。结果：治疗前后量表积分值有显著性差异，临床总有效率达６１．７６％。结论：本方不失为治疗脑血管性痴呆的良方。
OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical effect of Rehmannia Decoction in treating cerebrovascular dementia.METHOD:The therapeutic effect was evaluated according to the criteria in “Guiding Principles in Clinical Research of Treatment of Dementia with New Chinese Drugs”.RESULT:Significant difference was found before and after treatment,with a clinical total effective rate of 61.76%. CONCLUSION:This prescription was quite effective in treating cerebrovascular dementia and further investigations are indicated.
