2型糖尿病合并肺结核患者T淋巴细胞亚群变化研究 被引量:3

Study on Changes of T Homeocyte Subgroup of Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis and Type 2 Diabetes

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病合并肺结核患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。方法利用流式细胞术对36例2型糖尿病合并肺结核患者(III组)、41例2型糖尿病患者(II组)、43例肺结核患者(I组)、30例健康者(健康对照组)检测外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+的变化,对测定结果进行统计学分析。结果 III组外周血CD3+明显低于I组、II组、健康对照组(P均<0.05),CD4+明显低于健康对照组(P<0.05),CD4+/CD8+明显低于II组、健康对照组(P均<0.05),CD8+显著高于II组、健康对照组(P均<0.05),而CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+与I组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);II组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05),CD8+与健康对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);I组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+低于健康对照组(P<0.05),CD8+明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病合并肺结核患者存在T淋巴细胞亚群的变化,存在着细胞免疫功能缺陷。 Objective To explore the change and clinical significance of CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+ type 2 diabetes mellitus with lung tuberculosis patients.Method Determine the CD3^+,CD4^+ and CD8^+ values in 36 type 2 diabetes mellitus with lung tuberculosis patients,41 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients,43 lung tuberculosis patients and 30 normal persons with Flow Cytometry.And then make a statistical analysis based on the determining results.Results The activities of CD3^+ in the 2 diabetes mellitus patients with lung tuberculosis were significantly lower than type 2 diabetes mellitus patients,lung tuberculosis and healthy persons(P〈0.05),CD4^+ were significantly lower than healthy persons group (P〈0.05),CD4^+/CD8^+ significantly lower than type 2 diabetes mellitus patients and healthy persons(P〈0.05),while CD8^+ were significantly higher than type 2 diabetes mellitus patients and healthy persons(P〈0.05).There was no statistical difference between CD4^+,CD8^+.The type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with lung tuberculosis and lung tuberculosis.The level of the type 2 diabetes mellitus with CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+ were significantly lower than healthy persons (P〈0.05).There is no statistical difference with CD8^+ between the type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with lung tuberculosis and healthy persons.The level of lung tuberculosis with CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+ were significantly lower than healthy persons(P〈0.05).CD8^+ were higher than healthy people(P〈0.05).Conclusions T lymphocytes subsets were changed and cellular immunity was deficient in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with lung tuberculosis.
