煅烧温度和补锂量对LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2的影响

摘要 用化学共沉淀法制备前驱体Ni1/3Mn1/3Co1/3(OH)2,通过高温固相法制备了正极材料Li Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2。用XRD、SEM、电化学性能测试和电化学阻抗谱分析了煅烧温度和补锂量的影响。样品具有完整的α-NaFeO2层状结构。n(Li)∶n(Ni+Co+Mn)=1.12∶1.00、在840℃下煅烧12 h所得样品,在4.30~2.75 V的0.2C首次可逆放电比容量为154.50mAh/g,第20次循环的容量保持率为92%。 Precursor Ni1/3 Mn1/3 Co1/3 ( OH)2 was prepared by chemical coprecipitation method, cathode material LiNi1/3 Co1/3 Mn1/3O2 was prepared through high temperature solid state method. The effects of calcination temperature and excess lithium content were analyzed by XRD, SEM ,electrochemical performance test and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The samples had complete α-NaFeO2 layered structure. The 0.2 C initial reversible specific discharge capacity of the sample calcined at 840 ℃ for 12 h with n(Li) : n( Ni + Co + Mn) = 1.12:1.00 was 154.50 mAh/g at 2.75 - 4.30 V,the capacity retention was 92% at the 20th cycle.
