摘要
以1985年至今纺织授权发明专利为统计对象,从专利的发展趋势、申请人分布、授权率、技术领域分布、国内外授权专利数量与专利权维持率等角度,揭示我国纺织专利布局及竞争态势,并基于专利分析结果,提出了几点思考和建议。
The paper,based on the patents analysis of China＇s textiles since 1985,presented the layout of China＇s textile patents and gave several advices and suggestions from the perspectives of the patent development trend of number,applicant distribution,rate of authorized patents,technology distribution,the difference of number and maintaining rates between domestic（except Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan） and foreign patents.
