读者协会是图书馆联系广大读者的桥梁,是图书馆充分发挥教育和情报职能更好地为教学科研服务的一支可借助的有生力量。读者协会学生参与图书馆管理工作是高校图书馆开辟读者服务工作的一个重要途径。对读者协会学生参与高校图书馆管理工作的必要性、意义及如何做好读者协会学生的管理工作进行了探讨,充分展示了读者协会的纽带、宣传作用。
The reader’s society bridges the library with the mass readers and thus it is beneficial for the library to fulfill its responsibilities on education and information transmission,which boosts its service for the scientific research.In addition,the reader’s society taking part in the management of the library is also an essential approach to serve for the readers.The essay would probe into the discussion on the importance,significance of the management from the reader’s society and how to manage the society,which would manifest the function of connection and polarization of the reader’s society.
