摘要
采用田间对比试验的方法,研究分析不同防治措施对不同发病程度的根结线虫防治效果和经济效益。结果表明,垄沟式太阳能消毒、98%垄鑫、10%福气多、种植小青菜、生物熏蒸、添加石灰氮太阳能消毒、嫁接栽培8个处理对中度发生根结线虫防治效果分别为100%、92.7%、73.2%、14.3%、46.2%、69.0%、5.3%。投入产出比依次为1∶9.02、1∶4.55、1∶7.65、1∶2.51、1∶3.76、1∶6.05、1∶1.87。随着发病程度加重,垄沟式太阳能消毒和垄鑫处理投入产出比提高,其他处理均依次降低。不同防治措施根结线虫防效和经济效益有显著差异,均随着发病程度的加重,其防效依次减轻。同一防治措施对不同发生程度根结线虫防治效果和效益显著不同。轻度发生根结线虫棚室优先采用福气多处理、添加石灰氮太阳能消毒土壤、生物熏蒸、垄沟式太阳能消毒、嫁接栽培和种植小青菜等防治措施;中度发生优先采用垄沟式太阳能消毒、垄鑫、添加石灰氮太阳能消毒、福气多处理土壤等防治措施;重度发生优先采用垄沟式太阳能消毒、垄鑫处理土壤等防治措施,既能有效控制根结线虫的危害,又能获得较高的投入产出比。
Control effect and economic benefit were studied with different treatments on different disease rating of the root knot nematodes by the comparison experiment in the cucumber field.The result showed that control effects of ridge and furrow Solarization,Dazomet 98% GR,10% Fosthiazate GR,planted green vegetables,biofumigation,soil treated by CaCN2 and Solarization and graft cultivation on moderate occurrence of root knot nematodes were 100%,92.7%,73.2%,14.3%,46.2%,69.0% and 5.3%,respectively.The ratio of input and output were 1∶9.02,1∶4.55,1∶7.65,1∶2.51,1∶3.76,1∶6.05 and 1∶1.87,respectively.With the increasing of damage level,input-output ratios of the different control measures had been decreased except ridge and furrow Solarization and Dazomet 98% GR.Different treatments on the slightly and heavily occurred root knot nematodes had significant difference effect,and control effect and economic benefit of the same treatments had also significant difference on the different damage level of the root knot nematodes.Considering control effect on the root knot nematodes and higher input-output ratio,the preferring soil treatments in the slightly damage area include CaCN2 and Solarization,10% Fosthiazate GR,planted Green Vegetables and biofumigation;in the medium damage area,preferring ridge and furrow Solarization,Dazomet 98% GR,Soil treated by CaCN2 and Solarization and 10% Fosthiazate GR;in the heavily damage area,preferring ridge and furrow Solarization and Dazomet 98% GR.
