摘要
目的对国人角膜内皮细胞显微镜图像进行计算机分析,提供评价角膜内皮细胞的新方法。方法角膜内皮细胞显微镜对正常眼内皮细胞摄像记录后,采用细胞图像分析系统进行计算机定量分析,由计算机作统计学处理。结果正常人眼角膜内皮细胞面积351.26±110.05μm2,周长100.04±21.95μm,最大直径25.82±4.21μm,最小直径17.87±3.21μm,形状因子系数为0.69±0.08。结论采用计算机图像分析系统对角膜内皮细胞进行定量形态学研究是可行的,该方法较为准确、快速、先进。
Objective A new computerized method of measurement and analysis of human cornealendothelium morphology is described.Method The image of normal endothelium taken with specular microscope was inputted into medical image analysis system, the measurement and statistical analysis were finished with computer system.Result Normal human endothelium average area351.26110.05μm 2,perimeter 100.04±21.95μm,longest diameter 25.82±4.21μm,shortest diameter 17.87±3.21μm,morphology coefficient 0.69±0.08.Conclusion Meacurement and analysis with computer system of human corneal endothelium is a better method, specially to the single cell.
