摘要
公民意识与国家认同有着密切的关系,公民意识越强,国家认同就越强,这对于多民族国家的稳定和发展有重要的意义。公民意识生成的条件主要是民主政治体制和经济社会发展程度。提高少数民族公民意识,就应在当前的政治制度下,通过建设社会主义核心价值体系、大力发展民族地区经济社会事业、加强民族团结宣传教育,从而形成一系列完备的生成机制。
