摘要
目的了解细胞周期蛋白E(Cyclin E)在增生性瘢痕形成过程中的作用。方法 55例患者按瘢痕增生时间分为5组:A组11例(1-3个月),B组12例(4-6个月),C组10例(7-9个月),D组10例(10-12个月),E组12例(12个月以上),以12例正常皮肤为对照组。应用免疫组化SP法检测各组成纤维细胞中Cyclin E的表达。结果正常皮肤成纤维细胞中Cyclin E表达为阴性;在不同病理时期,增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞中Cyclin E的表达均增强(P〉0.05),与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 Cyclin E可能促进了增生性瘢痕的形成。
Objective To observe the effect of Cyclin E in the pathogenesis of hypertrophic scar.Methods The specimens of human hypertrophic scar were divided into five groups according to the stage of development:group A was 1-3 months,group B was 4-6 months,group C was 7-9 months,group D was 10-12 months,group E was above 12 months,the normal skin were served as the control group.The expression of cyclinE in fibroblast of the specimens were detected by the immunohistochemical SP method.Results The expression of Cyclin E in fibroblast of normal skin was negative;and all that in fibroblasts at the different stages of hypertrophic scar increased(P0.05),and there were significance comparing to the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Cyclin E may accelerate the formation of hypertrophic scar.
