摘要
通过对土地开发整理专项资金项目绩效评价研究,分析了土地开发整理项目绩效的内容,利用层次分析法、多层次模糊综合评价原理与模型,构建了土地开发整理项目绩效评价指标体系,提出了土地开发整理项目绩效评价技术路线,构建了土地开发整理专项资金项目绩效评价指标体系。
Through research of performance appraisal of the special funds of land development and consolidation project,the performance contents of land development and consolidation project were analyzed.By using the analytical hierarchy process（AHP）,multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation principle and model,the performance appraisal index system for land development and consolidation project was constructed,the performance appraisal technical line of the land development and consolidation project was proposed,and the performance appraisal index system for special fund of land development and consolidation project was also constructed.
