摘要
针对水库运用过程中发电、防洪与生态之间的矛盾,建立了水库发电、防洪与生态调度子模型;然后以水库发电、防洪与生态调度为基本目标,应用多目标决策方法,建立了水库多目标联合调度模型;为减少水库多目标联合调度的工作量和难度,以子模型计算结果为基础,建立水库运行参数与目标之间的函数关系,将各目标有机地联系在一起,据此进行水库多目标联合调度.在此基础上,以滩坑水库为对象,进行多目标联合调度表明,模型能较好地反映各目标之间的相互关系和变化过程,具有工作量小、考虑问题全面的特点,是解决水库多目标调度问题的一种有效方法.
According to the contradiction among electricity generation,flood control and riverine ecosystem,the submodels are established on flood control,electricity generation and ecosystem.The reservoir multiobjective operation model considering ecological operation has been established through multipurpose decision theory and approach.In order to reduce the difficulty of calculation and the functional relationships between reservoir operation parameters and target and all targets can be linked together accordingly.Thereby,the reasonable scheme for multiobjective operation is formulated.Then,the model is applied to the Tankeng Reservoir operation,the results indicate that the model can reflect preferably the relationship among the flood control,electricity generation and ecosystem in the process of reservoir operation,and can evaluate a best impounding scheme.It is an effective method to solve the problem of reservoir multiobjective operation considering ecological operation.
